HOTEL GIRL, is a photo series that has been inspired by the bizarre metaphysical sense that you get from places that you feel that they are haunted with many different sentiments and feelings, of people that have lived there in the past. That was exactly the sense I got from the rooms of this hotel when I first visited it. This feeling, and the fact that I wanted to explore the female sexual exploitation throughout the years, led me to create this strange fictional character of a Call Girl that “haunts” and “exists” unaffected by the time, as a ghost, in this hotel, from 1949 up to today.
